Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Pengawasan Dan Kepemimpinan Tranformasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Alfa Scorpii Di Pekanbaru
This research is aim at observing the influence of workload, supervising and Transformational leadership on the employees purpose of this study looked at the effects of Workload Monitoring and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Alpha Scorpii in Pekanbaru. There are three variables that influenced the employees performance (Y); workload (X1), supervising (X2), transformational leadership (X3).
The population in this study amounted to 95 employees. All of them are taken as samples of this research. To analyze the data, the writer used descriptive data and multiple linier regression analysis assisted by SPSS program version 20. The f test result showed that workload, supervising and transformational leadership influenced significantly on the employees performance at PT Alfa Scorpii, Pekanbaru. The t test result showed that workload and supervising influenced significantly on the employees performance but tranformasional leadership result that it didn’t influence significantly on employees performance at PT. Alfa Scorpii, Pekanbaru.
To improve the employees performance, the company should give more intensity of workload together with improving compensation such as salary and any other facilities that supporting the workload activities. Supervising is necessary to be improved in order the work result is reached based on the plan made. In leadership point of view, it is hoped that the leader could improve himself intellectually and have self interest in order the leader is able to communicate with the subordinates well and make the relationship between leader and employees run smoothly. The leader must be able to manage, direct and create the integrated teamwork to succeed the plan that has made by the company.
