Based on the theory, mental health and supervision attached to influence the behavior of individual corruption committed in his life . Where each comes from internal and external factors that influence individual behavior deviations in life is primarily concerned with the symptoms of social pathology ( corruption ) .
This study aims to identify and analyze the extent of the influence of mental health and supervision of employees attached to the corruption behavior Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau. The study population was all employees numbering 153 people, this study took a sample of 60 employees as respondents to the withdrawal of stratified sampling technique. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires filled out by respondents employees, in addition, researchers also reviewed the literature. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression using SPSS version 16.5 for windows.
The results showed that the correlation coefficient mental health against corruption behavior of -0.791. While the correlation coefficient attach supervision against corruption at -0580. The coefficient of determination (R ²), the influence of mental health and supervision of employees attached to the corruption behavior Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau amounted to 66.7 % while the remaining 33.3 % are other factors not examined in this study. That is, the healthier the better mental and supervision attached to the corruption will be low. Conversely, the more unhealthy bad mental and supervision attached to the corruption will be high.
