Pengaruh Budaya Kerja, Kepemimpinan Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Komitmen Guru Di Sma Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of corporate culture, leadership, job satisfaction on the commitment of teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. The population used in this study were high school teachers Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was a high school teacher Pekanbaru Muhammadiyah totaling 59 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression (multiple regression) is a statistical method used to determine the relationship between two independent variables and the dependent variable assisted with SPSS Windows Ver 17. The results of this study prove that the work culture partially no effect to the commitment of teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. While leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the commitment of teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru. Simultaneously work culture, leadership and job satisfaction have a significant effect on the commitment of teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah Pekanbaru.
