Pengaruh Koordinasi, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Efektifitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Kumu Kampar Sehati Kabupaten Kampar
The study was conducted at PT. Kumu Sehati Kampar Kampar District. Aims to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial, Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Discipline Work Effectiveness Against Employees PT. Kumu Sehati Kampar Kampar District.
There are four variables: the dependent variable is the effectiveness of work and three independent variables that coordination, organizational commitment and work discipline. The study was conducted using a sample of 63 people. Research using test equipment and multiple linear regression analysis using sampling techniques with census method by giving questionnaires to respondents.
The analysis showed that the variables Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Discipline Working together influence the effectiveness of Employees PT. Kumu Sehati Kampar Kampar District. The influence in partial Coordination, Organizational Commitment and Discipline Against Employee Effectiveness PT. Kumu Sehati Kampar Kampar District.
The low effectiveness of which is owned by the employees so this should be a major concern for the leadership and management of PT. Kumu Sehati Kampar Kampar District. This can be overcome by coordinating all the work that is well to employees, the division of labor, tasks and responsibilities are clear to employees, exemplifies a good thing for employees, clear communication with employees, facilitate the flow of communication to the employee to the employer , division of labor according to the ability of employees, and to supervise the course of discipline in the company so that employees can increase the effectiveness of work.
