Analisis Faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Produksi Industri Kerupuk Sanjai Di Kota Bukittinggi

The general objective of this study is to analyze how the influence of factors - factors of production and tingakat return to scale crackers Sanjai industry in Singapore. Factors studied is the production of raw materials, investment and labor. Factors - factors examined included the production of raw materials, investment and labor. Cobb-Douglas production function is used as a tool of analysis of research data. The estimation results indicate that factors affecting the industrial production of crackers Sanjai investment and labor are statistically significant at alpha 5%, and raw materials negatively affect industrial production Sanjai cracker in Singapore. While the value of R² derived from 0.948. This means that 94.8% of the total industrial production of crackers Sanjai 2008 to 2013 are affected by the value of the raw materials, the value of investment and employment, while 5.2% are influenced by other factors. The results back to a scale of 0.25 From the results of calculations can be seen that the scale of crackers Sanjai industrial production showed a decrease (decreasing returns to scale)
