Pengaruh Penerapan Good Governanceterhadap Kinerja Keuangan Daerah (Studi Empiris Pada Skpd Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi)

This study aims to identify and analyze the effect of application of good governance on the financial performance area in the regional work units in Kuantan Singingi Regency. Research carried out on 28 working units in Kuantan Singingi regency in 2015. The samples were used as respondents are taken using the method of sampling proposive. Each population represented by three respondents, namely the head SKPD, head of sub-department of finance and Head of Program. Questionnaires were distributed to 84 respondents, and successfully recovered the complete answer is obtained from 84 respondents. Data were collected from 84 respondents further data were analyzed with SPSS version 17.0 using descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to produce the classic assumption test, model of data analysis, coefficient of determination and prove the hypothesis. The result of this study show that Participation have a significant effect on the financial performance area, at P < 0.05 (P= 0.000) with the effect of (ß = 0.317), Transparancy have a significant effect on the financial performance area, at P < 0.05 (P= 0.000) with the effect of (ß = 0.3057), Accountability have a significant effect on the financial performance area at P < 0.05 (P= 0.000) with the effect of (ß = 0.555), and Fairness have no significant effect on the financial performance area, at P > 0.05 ( P= 0.127) with the effect of (ß = 0.061).
