Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja Dan Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin Karyawan Dan Dampaknya Pada Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V (Pt.Pn V) Sei Tapung Kabupaten Rokan Hulu
This research aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and supervision to the job discipline and performance employed, effect discipline to the emplpoyee performance to PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Sei Tapung in Rokan Hulu. The population inthis stydy were all employees field PTPN V Sei Tapung in Rokan Hulu, totaling 213 people. Samples were taken totaling 60 people( purposive sampling). In this study, the data obtained will be processed by analysis path. From the test results of the hypothesis, the results of this study indicate job satisfaction affects on discipline, results for second hypothesis test, the results of study indicade supervision affect on pdiscipline. The results of the third test, the results of this study indicade that discipline effect on performance. The results of the fourth test, the results of this study indicade that job satisfaction effect on performance. The results of the fifth test, the results study indicade that supervision effect on performance. The results of sixth. The results of this noting effects job satisfaction on permormance pass through discipline. The results of seventh, the results of study indcade that notong effects supervision on permformance pass through discipline. from the results coefficient determination(R2) effect job satisfaction and supervision on displine as the 63,1%. the results coefisient determinatiom(R2) effect jon satisfaction, supervision, displine on performance as the 72,6%.
