This type of research can be classified in this type of sociological research. This type of research is descriptive analysis. Source of data used were obtained through three (3) legal materials is the primary legal materials, secondary and tertiary. The data collection techniques were performed using 2 methods ie interviews and review of the literature.
From the results of research and discussion, there are three main things that can be inferred. First, Law Enforcement Against Members Military In the Abuse of Narcotics in Jurisdiction Military Court are in accordance with the legislation in force and in the case with Case Number: 54-K / PM I-04 / AD / IV / 2014 already meet the elements of a criminal offense military and criminal elements. Secondly, Barriers In Law Enforcement Crime of Abuse of Narcotics that there are internal and external factors such as: The limited number of members of the investigators of the Military Police, Lack of Infrastructures, Third, Efforts to Address Barriers In Law Enforcement Against Crime of Abuse of Narcotics: the addition of personnel, make arrests and providing security. Suggestions, First, earned memsosialisasikan Military Law periodically through menyuluhan-extension primarily related to narcotic crime, as well as crack down and process each infringement. Secondly, needs a facility that is sufficient to prove someone is abusing narcotics without having to use the facilities of other agencies. Also added that the number of personnel in the investigation so that information is known to the involvement of members of the military. Always hold active operation or sudden raids held that the Military Police more find pidanayang acts performed.
