Pengaruh Layanan Informasi Mengenai Karir Terhadap Peningkatan Pemahaman Karir Siswa Kelas XI Ak SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016
This study aims to 1)know the description of career understanding before the student are given the information service on career, 2)know the process of implementation information service on career improving understanding career, 3)know the description level of understanding career after the provision of information service on career, 4)determine differences of improving understanding students’ career before and after service were given information on career, 5)determine differences of improving understanding career pretes and posttes control group, 6)determine difference of improving understanding career experimental group with control group, 7)determine the effect of information services on career to improving understanding of students’ career. The subjects were students class XI AK SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru totaling 80 people. The description of understanding students’ career before being given the information service on careers is the highest in the category of moderate (47%), then the law category (40%), after wich the high category (13%) while the category is very low and very high is none. The level understanding of a career after execution of information services about career is the highest are in the high category (63%), moderate (30%), and the category of very high (7%), while for the category of low and very low is none, this show there are differences in the level of understanding career before and after the services information on career. Based on the result of hypothesis testing against significant influence services information career on the level understanding of students’ career with the contribution of information services was at 45%.
