Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Dan Komunikasi Terhadap Kinerja Perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau

This study was conducted at the Regional General Hospital Arifin Achmad Riau Province, Diponegoro no. 2 Pekanbaru in Riau province. The population in this study is the Arifin Achmad Hospital Nurses Riau Province totaling 568 people. Samples of this study are 85 people of the total. Methods of data analysis in this study using a support program Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 18.0.
The purpose of this study to know and analyze the effect of Leadership and Communication variables simultaneously and partially on the Performance of Arifin Achmad Hospital Nurses in Riau Province. In this study there are three variables: Leadership, Communication and Performance. Analysis tool is using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple regression test shows that partially the Leadership variable significantly effect on performance variable. The results of multiple regression test shows that partially the Communication variable significantly and dominantly effect on Performance variable. Simultaneously Leadership and Communication variables affect the performance.
Results of the calculation of multiple linear regression, the determination coefficient is 0.332, it means the level of the variable relationship Leadership and Communication to Performance is 33.2%, and the remaining was influenced by other variables outside the study.
