Pengontrolan Kecepatan Motor Dc Shunt Menggunakan Pwm Dan Sensor Encoder Sebagai Pengukur Kecepatan Rpm Berbasis Atmega 8535
Direct current motor is an electric energy conversion equipment direct current into mechanical motion. One advantage is the ease of direct current motors in control design. Minimum system atmega 8535 serves as a PWM generator to drive the mosfet driver circuit, the MOSFET driver functions as a voltage amplifier and current dihasikan by PWM so mosfet can work in accordance with the characteristics of the mosfet, this tool requires a voltage of 5 volts to the minimum circuit and voltage systems 12 volts to the circuit mosfet driver, then the required power supply as the supplier of the device working voltage, push button as an input for setting the desired PWM value. Change of speed is affected by the voltage and duty cycle are given. Encoder sensor is used as a measure of the speed in the form of RPM and LCD display as monitoring the work of the command that is fed by the user. Where the maximum speed when the duty cycle of 100%, ie 3005 rpm and a minimum speed when the duty cycle of 40% at 1930 rpm motor speed.
