It is seen service on the students do tend to be less focused on the target field plots and also not infrequently balls tend not meleawati net. This problem is suspected because of weak muscle strength of arms and shoulders of the students son SMP Negeri 2 Kampar. Therefore, the objective of this study was to determine the relationship of the arm and shoulder muscle strength with service accuracy on volleyball. This research is a correlation with a sample of 23 male students of class VIII yaang menggunakn total samplimg techniques. The data in this study were obtained from tests of muscle strength of arms and shoulders and test services on volleyball. Data analysis using product moment correlation and ui Liliefors to test for normality. Having analyzed the data obtained, the value rhitung 0.437> rtabel 0423 can be concluded that: There is a relationship of muscle strength of arms and shoulders with the accuracy of the service on men's volleyball in the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Kampar.
