Pengaruh Pemberian Amelioran Formulasi Terhadap Sifat Kima Kolam Tanah Gambut

This research was conducted from February to April 2016in the ponds of peatsoils at Jl. Petani Nenas Desa Kualu Nenas, Tambang, Kampar, Riau. Analysis of physical and chemical parameters have been done in Laboratory of Environment Quality Aquaculture (EQA), Fisheries and Marine Sciences Faculty, Riau University.The aim of this research was to investigate the effect formulation of ameliorant to several parameters of soil chemical. Methods used in this research was completely randomized design (CRD). with one factor, six treatments and three replications. Treatments applied were P0: without giving ameliorant, P1: 400 g / m2, P2: 600 g / m2, P3: 800 g / m2, P4: 1000 g / m2, P5: 1200 g / m2. Respectively.
The results of this research was of ameliorant formulation has significantly inpact toward soil pH, soil organic matter content, C / N ratio of Land, Dissolved Oxygen (DO), Nitrate and Phosphate. The best treatment during the research was a achieved by P5 (dose ameliorant 1200 g / m2), with the results of the soil pH of 5.9 g / cm3, soil organic matter content of 37.63%, C/N ratio 18.44, Dissolved Oxygen (DO) 3.9 mg / l, Nitrate and Phosphate 1.481 ppm 0.95 ppm water.
