As for the purpose of writing this thesis, namely: First, to determine the factors that cause the occurrence of the crime of theft laws TBS Police Lubuk Dalam the region, second, to know the modus operandi by criminals theft laws TBS region police in the depths, Third, to know the efforts made to prevent and mitigate the crime of theft laws TBS region police Lubuk Dalam.
From the research problem, there are three main things that can be inferred . First, the factors that affect the crime of theft laws TBS region Lubuk Dalam Police are economic factors , environmental factors, and chance factors. Advice Writers, First District public Lubuk Dalam order to better provide special attention to oil palm plantations . Second, the District Government Lubuk Dalam order to create jobs so as to increase the community's economy. Third, to the police to be more security coordination to the PT. PTPN V and local citizens in preventing and combating the crime of theft of fresh fruit bunches .
