Resor Pemandian Air Panas Di Desa Pawan Rokan Hulu Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Hijau

Kabupaten Rokan Hulu has so much attractions, including the nature attractions nor the religious attractions. One of the nature attractions in Rokan Hulu is the hot spring in Desa Pawan. But, the conditions is so concern because it not well maintained by the society nor government. Therefore, the hot spring in Desa Pawan has to re-designing with the new concept for increasing the tourism attractiveness of Rokan Hulu, so that this place would be the tourism destinations in Rokan Hulu nor Provinsi Riau. The Hotspring Resort is the good alternative for the hot spring in Desa Pawan, with the nature wealth around that supported the resort to has a nature view, as the example is Bukit Suligi, Bukit Barisan. The design of the hotspring resort is forwarding the green architecture principle, the aim is for designing the building that decreasing the negative effect to the environment, nature, nor humans. So that will build up the place that better and healthier. Moreover, the concept of the design is “back to nature” which bring up the harmony between the building and the environment. Then supported with applying the green architecture design strategy by Alison G. Kwok, AIA and Walter T. Grondzik, PE which is: (1) Envelope related with enveloping; (2) Lighting related with exposure; (3) Cooling related with refrigerant; (4) Energy production related with energy producting; (5) Water and waste related with water utilization. Therefore, the hotspring resort will be the tour attraction region design which forward the harmonization between the building and the environment behind.
