Pengaruh Kejelasan Sasaran Anggaran, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia, Motivasi Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Akuntabilitas Publik Terhadap Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Empiris Pada Opd Provinsi Riau)
This study aims to examine and obtain empirical evidence about the factors that affect the Performance Government Institution, specifically at Provincial Government of Riau. Variables to be tested in study were, among others, Budget Goal Clarity, Human Resources Quality, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Public Accountability to The Performance Government Institution. The data in this study is primary data obtain from questionnaires distributed directly to the respondents. Data collected from 78 respondents who is Echelon II, III, and IV who are working on regional work units (OPD) in the Riau Province. This hypothesis was tested by multiple linear regression using partial hypothesis test. The result of this research showed that Budget Goal Clarity, Human Resources Quality, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment and Public Accountability affect the Performance Government Instituion.
