Cleanliness of household waste retribution is as one efforts to increase regional
revenue Bangkinang Subdistrict of Kampar District. This study aims to determine the effect of
potential retribution cleanliness of household waste as well as knowing what efforts can be
done to improve the cleanliness retribution household waste in the Bangkinang Subdistrict of
Kampar District.
The types and sources of data in this study consisted of primary and secondary data
obtained from the Department of Revenue Kampar District Subdistrict Bangkinang and the
Department of Sanitation Sub district Bangkinang and the Central Bureau of Statistics
Kampar District. Analysis of the data used in this research is contribution analysis, potency
analysis and effectiveness analysis.
From the results of tests that have been done, shows that the potential of household
waste cleanliness levies is potentially in line with the increasing number of households, this
can be seen from the contribution of household waste to the local income is very good.while
in the therm of effectiveness of levy collection is said to be effective because the percentage is
still 80-90%. The better the service fee/cleanliness fee management will contribute greatly to
the local revenue.
