Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan Sistem Informasi, Kualitas Sistem Informasi, Kulitas Informasi, Dan Perceived Usefulness Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Akhir Software Akuntansi Berbasis Enterprise Resource Planning (Erp) (Studi Kasus Pada Perbankan Di Pekanbaru)
The purpose of this study is to demonstrate empirically the Influence of Service Quality Information Systems, Quality of Accounting Information Systems, Information Quality and Perceived Usefulness towards Accounting Software’s End User Satisfaction based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). This study population is using banking company that have accounting software ERP (Enterprice reasurch planning) in Pekanbaru. There are 8 banks using ERP system in Pekanbaru are: Bank Permata, Bank Central Asia, Bank Rakyat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Bank Niaga, Bank Danamon, Bank Muamalat and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. Hypothesis testing was done through multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis examines the relationship was linear between independent variables with the dependent variable. The study concluded that: 1) Quality of Service Information System has significant effect on Information Systems’ End User Satisfaction where significancy value is 0,009 less than 0,05. 2) Quality Information System has significant effect on Information Systems’ End User Satisfaction where significancy value is 0,002 less than 0,05. 3) Quality of information has significant effect on Information Systems’ End User Satisfaction where significancy value is 0,024 less than 0,05. 4) Perceived Usefulness has significant effect on Information Systems’ End User Satisfaction where significancy value is 0,015 less than 0,05.
