This research is conducted to analyze The Influence of Occupotional
Safety And Health And The Working Environment On Employee Job Satisfaction
CV. Mulya Abadi Pekanbaru. There are independent variables in this research
such as Occupotional Safety (X1), Working Environment (X2), and Employee Job
Satisfaction (Y) as dependent variabel. The population of this study were
allemployee at CV. Mulya Abadi Pekanbaru and total sample were 42 peoples.
Multiple regression method are chosen for data analysis by SPSS version 21.
The result of this research shows that Occupotional Safety, and Working
Environment both simultaneously and partially had effects with Employee Job
Satisfaction CV.Mulya Abadi Pekanbaru. Response of all variables give a
different result each other. Working Environment were dominant factor towards
Employee Job Satisfaction. Test result by simultaneously test obtained Fcount
((35,783) > Ftable (3,238) that means all those 2 dependent variable had
simultaneous effect to employee job satisfaction. In this research CV. Mulya
Abadi Pekanbaru must conduct periodic supervision on Health And Safety And
Work Environment so it can continue to improve Job Satisfaction Employees CV.
