Pengaruh Pengawasan Kerja, Stres Kerja, Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian Pengolahan Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pks Sei Galuh Kampar

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei Galuh Kampar is engaged in the plantation and processing of palm oil. This study aims to determine the effect of work supervision, work stress, occupational safety and health simultaneously to work productivity. Population in this research is all employee processing part which amounted to 65 employee and all become sample with sampling technique using census method. Results of simultaneous and partial regression tests using SPSS 21 showed a significant effect on Work Productivity. The contribution of independent variable in this research to dependent variable equal to 47,6% the rest influenced by other variable.
