Kontribusi Gaya Kepemimpinan Wali Kelas Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Kelas Di Smp Negeri Se-Kecamatan Rengat Barat
The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of leadership style of guardian class and organizational culture to the effectiveness of classroom management in SMP Negeri in West Rengat District. This research was conducted at State Junior High School in Rengat Barat Sub-district of Indragiri Hulu Regency and the subject of research was homeroom, the method used was survey method with correlation and regression technique. The population in this study is a homeroom who is in SMP Negeri in Rengat Barat district, amounting to 52 people. While the sample research amounted to 52 people homeroom class. Instruments used to collect data on guardian classroom leadership styles, organizational culture and effectiveness of classroom management using a Likert-scale questionnaire. The grain validity was tested using the product moment parson formula and the instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach Alpha formula. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a positive contribution and significant Guidance Leadership Style Class towards Effectiveness of classroom management. 2) There is a positive and significant contribution Organizational culture to the effectiveness of classroom management. 3) There are significant positive contributions and linear Leadership Style Guardians Class and Culture organizations together towards the Effectiveness of classroom management. The conclusions of the study indicate that the effectiveness of classroom management can be enhanced by the leadership style of homeroom and good organizational culture.
