Prospek Pengembangan Industri Roti Dan Kue Di Kecamatan Bukitraya Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the prospects for the development of bakery and cakes industry in Bukitaya Kota Pekanbaru and to know the obstacles faced in developing the business of Bread and Cake in Bukitraya Sub-district Pekanbaru City. Population in this research is entire industry of Bread and Cakes in Bukitraya Sub-district Pekanbaru City, amounting to 5 business unit.
Data collection techniques are using interview method (interview), questionnaire, observation. Data analysis method used is by using feasibility study, by reviewing feasibility study aspects, namely: market aspect, economic and social aspect and also financial aspect.
The research method used in this research is using business feasibility study method, by reviewing the market aspect, economic and social aspect and financial asset through financial feasibility review by calculating Net Present Value (NPV), B / C Ratio and Internal Rate Of Return (IRR)
The results of this study indicate that from the market aspect Price pegged by respondents Bread and Cake in Bukitraya Sub-district Pekanbaru City from Rp.75.000 to Rp.85.000 perkilogram. So the average price pegged is Rp.78.000 perkilogramnya. From the economic and social aspect shows the Bread and Cake Industry Effort in Bukitraya Sub-district Pekanbaru City has contributed employment opportunity to society of Bukit Pekanbaru Subdistrict and Baking and Cake Industry in Bukitraya Sub-district Pekanbaru City has prospect and feasible to be developed and also review 202,798,790> 0 , the value of B / C Ratio = 1.12> 1, the value of IRR = 13.75%> 12% .From the calculation indicates that the Bread and Cake industry in Bukitraya Sub-district Pekanbaru City has prospects and is feasible to be developed.
