Pengaruh Penambahan Vitamin C (Apm) Terhadap Kemampuan Tubuh Mengatasi Stres Dan Pertumbuhan Ikan Baung (Hemibagrusnemurus)

The research was conducted from April to June 2016 in Aquaculture Technology Laboratory, Nutrition, Parasite Laboratorory and Fish Disease of Fisheries and Marine Science Faculty of Riau. The purpose of the research is to analyze the very good vitamin C APM increasing on feed of the body resistence resolve stres and growth catfish (Hemibagrus nemurus). The method of the reseach used is experimental method, with completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments and last three post treatments. The treatment of the research used doses of vitamin C APM (Magnesium L-Ascorbyl-2 Phosphate) that was without vitamin C APM, doses of vitamin C 500 mg/kg feed, doses of vitamin C 1.000 mg/kg feed, doses of vitamin C 1.500 mg/kg feed.
The result of the research on vitamin C APM increasing showed that vitamin C APM doses was 1.000 mg/kg with quick decreasing from catfish blood glucose doses 28,84 mg/dL down to 21,65 mg/dL so it could be able to increase for feed of the body resistence resolve stres while the best spesific growing to increasing vitamin C APM doses up to 1.500 mg/kg feed gave the spesific growing up to 0,92 %.
