Analisis Implementasi Just In Time Melalui Pull System Dan Partnership Terhadap Lean Manufacturing Performance Pada Pt. P&P Bangkinang Kabupaten Kampar

This research aims to find out the effect of pull system and partnership to lean manufacturing performance on PT. P&P Bangkinang both simultaneous and partial. This research uses quantitative analysis method with multiple linear regression test. Subjects in this research were 70 workers at PT. P&P Bangkinang. As for the result of this research, simultaneous test (the F test) shows that all independent variables that pull system and partnership have the same effect to lean manufacturing performance. In partial test( the t test) shows that pull system has a significant effect on lean manufacturing performance and partnership also has a significant effect on lean manufacturing performance. The magnitude of the impact cause by pull system and partnership against lean manufacturing performance is 64%, while the rest 36% are influence by other factors that not included in this research.
