Hubungan Kekuatan Otot Lengan Bahu Dan Kelenturan Otot Punggung Dengan Hasil Tolak Peluru Pada Siswa Putra Kelas XI SMK N 7 Pekanbaru

Based on the above statement and the result of observation of the research, the son of Class XI SMK N 7 Pekanbaru that the result of student bullets is still less than the maximum, this can be seen from the repulsions of students who have not reached the standard of learning. The purpose of this research is to see the correlation of muscle strength of arm and shoulder and back muscle flexibility with the result of bullet hit on students of class XI SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. The population that will be used is class XI SMK N 7 Pekanbaru consisting of 20 students boys. In this study the sample was taken using total sampling, it means that all the men's population is sampled as many as 20 people. The instrument in this study was a muscle strength test of the shoulder arm using the expanding dynamometer test. For back muscle flexibility tests using the site and reach test. And for bullet-proof test using result of hit bullet.data obtained in ananlisis by using correlation of produck moment simple and double. Based on the result of the research, the strength of arm and shoulder muscles has correlation with the result of bullet hit on students of Class XI SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. Then From the results obtained back flexibility has a relationship with the outcome of bullets in students of Class XI SMK N 7 Pekanbaru. There is a relationship together between the muscle strength of the arms and shoulders and back flexibility against the results of bullet hit students of Class XI SMK N 7 Pekanbaru.
