Dampak Pasar Bebas Asean (Mea) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Umkm Provinsi Riau (Industri Makanan Bolu Kembojo)

The Asean economy society is one of single market in the south east area that opens the goods flow of means and service. The goal of AEC is to ease the trade access among Indonesian and the other members of ASEAN included in the sector of UMKM. UMKM has important role in increasing the economy growth of Indonesia especiaaly Riau province. The prespective that is used by the writer is neoliberalism because the actor in this writing is the institution. The teory in this research is decision making because how the actor that makes the decision to face AEC. The analysis level is international system that is written by Mochtar Masoed. The data that is obtained is primer data through interview and secondary data such as book, journal, magazine, newsparper and website. Bolu Kemojo is one of traditional food of Riau province. AEC is one of chance for UMKM of Riau province especially Bolu Kembojo to be able to compete in wider market. In this case, AEC is told not to have impact toward food industry of Bolu Kembojo because the market of bolu kembojo has own market and it doesn’t have relation with the AEC and food industry of bolu kembojo doens’t have value of export and import. keywords: AEC, UMKM, Market, Bolu Kemojo
