Background of this research One form of activities to improve the fine
motor skills of children who give to children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten
Persada Bunda Rambah District Rokan Hulu District. Improve the ability of yautu
to create something from used materials. The reality on the ground shows the
existence of fine motor problems of children in kindergarten Persada Bunda. This
can be seen from 15 children only 4 children who are able to do fine motor,
although not maximal, where the incapacity is faced by kindergarten Persada
Bunda is still not able to use fingers and wrists carefully to perform activities,
including still less In making.Fine motorics can be developed through the
utilization of used materials, this can be done with the practice during classroom
teaching and learning activities. Usually in TK Persada Bunda only teach
children to know letters, numbers and complete the word and coloring it. While
the utilization of used materials media is very diverse so that the authors are
interested to develop activities to improve the fine motor of children aged 5-6
years in group B TK Persada mother Rambah District Rokan Hulu. Stick with
collage techniques using scrap materials, paint with various media using used
materials (brush, chicken feathers, leaves, banana stem, etc.) and make various
shapes from waste materials.Based on the above background to improve the fine
motor skills of children, researchers used the utilization of used material media. It
also trains children to create eco-friendly, reduce waste or digestion and educate
children to live frugally. Through the activities of utilization of used materials
media is expected to help solve problems in teaching and learning activities in TK
Perdasa Bunda Tanjung belit
