Analisis Pemasaran Karet Di Desa Pulau Rambai Kecamatan Kampar Timur Kabupaten Kampar
This research aimed to analyze the marketing of rubber in Pulau Rambai Village Kampar Timur Sub-district Kampar District based on marketing channels, market structure, market conduct, and market performance. On farmer’s sample used purposive sampling and merchant’s sample used snowball sampling. The results of this research were (1) marketing channels of rubber consisting of three channels: marketing channel I from farmers, collecting traders, wholesalers and factory, marketing channels II from farmers, collecting traders and factory and marketing channels III from farmers, KUB (Kelompok Usaha Bersama) Primatani and factory; (2) the market structure had a larger number of sellers than the buyer, had barrier in and out of the market, and in the form of oligopsony and monopsony markets; (3) market conduct leds to imperfect competition markets with moderate correlations between prices at the level of farmers and wholesalers; (4) In market performance on marketing channel I resulted in marketing margin of Rp 1.999,99/kg, marketing channel II Rp. Rp 1.813,89/kg, while at marketing channel III Rp 766,67/kg. In marketing efficiency I equal to 15,41%, marketing channel II 9,48%, and marketing channel III 7,78%. Farmer's share marketing channel I was78,74%, marketing channel II was 80,72% while on marketing channel III was 91,85%.
