Pengaruh Gaya Mengajar Guru Dan Disiplin Mengajar Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Siswa IPS Kelas XI SMA YLPI Pekanbaru
The number of students who gain learning outcomes in Economics subjects in grade XI SMA YLPI Pekanbaru did not reach the minimum completeness criteria is a constraint experienced by the teachers. Various types of teacher teaching styles are needed in the learning process. Teaching style of teachers is considered important in improving student learning outcomes in the classroom. A teacher is required to be creative and critical in choosing a teaching style that is suitable with learning materials and classroom conditions in order to make the classroom conducive to learning. In addition, teaching discipline also plays an important role in improving student learning outcomes. Teachers who have high teaching discipline, will have a strong encouragement and spirit of work for achievement of both for himself and for his students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of teacher teaching style and discipline of teaching teachers on student learning outcomes on the subjects Economics students IPS class XI SMA YLPI Pekanbaru. The approach of this research is quantitative, that is processing the data in the form of pure final examination value of school, as well as elaboration of teacher style style questionnaire and teacher teaching discipline in the form of numbers. Based on the test results of determination coefficient analysis R2 obtained that the influence of teacher teaching styles and teacher teaching discipline on student learning outcomes is equal to 64.6% in subjects Economics students IPS class XI SMA YLPI Pekanbaru
