Pengaruh Profitabilitas Dan Investmentopportunity Set Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Dengan Kebijakan Dividen Sebagai Variabel Mediasi (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2014-2016)

This study aimed to investigate effect of profitability and investment
opportunity set to firm’s value with dividend policy as intervening variable.
The population in this study are all of the manufacturing companies
listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the year 2014-2016. Based on
purposive sampling method, where out of a total population of 144 companies and
sample of 165 cases. The method of this study is Path Analysis.
The result of this research showed that profitability and Dividend Policy
that have significant to Firm’s value, profitability and Investment Opportunity Set
have significant to Dividend Policy, Investment Opportunity Set do not give
significant effect to Firm’s value. However, Profitability has a significant effect
on Firm’s value mediated by Dividend Policy and Investment Opportunity Set
(IOS) has no significant effect on Firm’s value mediated by Dividend Policy.
