Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Terhadap Organization Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Melalui Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Panca Surya Agrindo Di Rokan Hulu
This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership on organization citizenship behavior (OCB) through employee job satisfaction.
The population in this study are all employees of the office of PT. Panca Surya Agrindo (PSA) totaling 155 people. While the sampling using random sampling method so that the sample research as many as 112 people. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis, with quantitative analysis tool that is doubled linear regression with help of SPSS program version 18.00.
From the results of tests that have been done, shows that Transformational Leadership significantly influence the Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Employee Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Panca Surya Agrindo (PSA). It is expected to the company to improve employee's work behavior in accordance with the existing work ethics in the company, so that OCB increases and can work effectively finish the work.
