ABSTRACT
Development projects of house have several activities that require planning cost and time calculation in each type of work. During this development cost calculation activities have not been done because of lack of technical knowledge about how to do the planning in the calculation of costs. The solution to solve the problem is to create a Real Estimate of Cost System for Website Based. This system was built to calculate the cost of the need to build a house. As a result of the implementation and evaluation that has been done, the system can help to calculate the need for a budget plan with an estimated budget. The system can also, produce information such as budget cost plans, materials, and project scheduling in the form of Gantt Chart.
