Pengaruh Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Pegawai Dinas Energi Dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Riau
The study was conducted at DinasEnergi Dan SumberDaya Mineral Provinsi Riau district in order to know the effect of Training,Non Physical Work Environment And Organization Commitment simultaneously and partial effect on employee job satisfaction on DinasEnergi Dan SumberDaya Mineral Provinsi Riau. The study population and sample is an employee of 108 people. Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis.
The study concluded that simultaneous, Training,Non Physical Work Environment And Organization Commitment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. partially Training positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction, Non Physical Work Environment in partial compensation positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction and Organization Commitment is partially positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction.
Recommendations can be given is the company ESDM should then seek to improve employee satisfaction by improving the quality and quantity assessment of the employees in the work accomplished.
