Pengaruh Program CSR PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Riau Terhadap Keberhasilan UMKM Di Kota Pekanbaru

PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) engaged in social insurance and mandated to run chapters 33 and 34 of 1964 on road traffic accidents and public transport passengers. The Partnership Program is one of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs run by PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Riau. Partnership program is a program aimed at improving the ability of small and medium enterprises (UMKM) to become more resilient and independent. In Riau province itself, the highest number of UMKM is located in Pekanbaru city with the number of 68,728 UMKM. Very many number of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru, but not all UMKM can be categorized successfully, there are still many UMKM who have problems such as lack of business capital and inability to get a loan from the bank. Therefore, it is hoped that through the partnership program of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) of Riau branch, UMKM which has become a Partner of Binaan can improve its business capability and categorized as a successful UMKM. The success of a business is a condition for the business owner if his business can be said to be better than the previous period or company of his class. Both of these things that make researchers interested to see how big the influence of CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau branch to the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru.
The theory used in this research is Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) theory. The method used in this research is explanative quantitative method. Technique of collecting data in this research using direct questionnaires distributing to UMKM which have become Partners of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch of Riau with sample 68 determined by random sampling technique. To know the influence of both variables, the researcher use simple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of research on the influence of CSR program PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau branch to the success of SMEs in the city of Pekanbaru, obtained a significance level of 0.000 smaller than α = 0.05. Based on the statistical calculations obtained, if the value of significance is smaller than α = 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. The coefficient of determination (R ²) is 0.757. This shows that the independent variable of CSR (X) program of PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) Branch Riautersebut contributed to the success of UMKM in the city of Pekanbaru (Y) of 75.70% with strong category.
