Hubungan Profesionalisme Perawat Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien

Abstract
A professional nursing service has its own quality in giving the satisfaction to clients or patients. This research aimed to determine the correlation between nursing profesionalism and patient’s satisfaction in RSUD Arifin Achmad Provinsi Riau and the design of this research was descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach. Total of the samples in this research are 84 sampels were selected using propotionate stratified random sampling. This research used questionnaire that has been content vailidity by three experts tested. The analysis use were univariat analysis to find the frequency distribution and bivariat analyses using chi-square test. The result showed that there was correlation between nursing profesionalism and patient’s satisfaction with p value (0,000) < α (0,1). So it can be concluded that the results of the questionnaire of patient satisfaction in hospitals to improve the quality of service he had to do the evaluation of nursing professionalism so that patient satisfaction can be achieved and the quality of service in hospitals can be rised.
