Analisis Komparatif Usaha Tani Padi Sawah Dan Usaha Tani Padi Ladang Di Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

This study aims to determine the difference in income between wetland paddy farmers and upland paddy farmers in the RambahSamo District,RokanHulu Regency. In the determination of respondents, this research uses the technique of Proportional Random Sampling by using sample of wetland paddy farmers as much as 166 people and farmers of upland paddy as much as 79 people from the total population of wetland paddy farmers as 1693 people, and 807 upland paddy farmers.The data used include primary data and secondary data. The study was conducted from August to September 2017. The data analysis used income analysis for wetland paddy farming and upland farming. The results showed that the average income received by wetland paddy farmers in one harvest season is Rp 16,108,000 with an average cost of Rp 6,398,000/MT. While the average revenue received upland paddy farmers is Rp 19.215.000 with an average cost of Rp 5.090.000/MT.The average income of wetland paddy farmers is Rp 9.710.000 in one harvest season. the average income of upland paddy farmers is Rp 14.125.000 in one harvest season. From the results of farming analysis shows that the income received by farmers of upland paddy is greater than the income received by wetland paddy farmers.
