Analisis Kelayakan Industri Kecil Menengah Gula Merah Di Desa Harapan Tani, Kecamatan Kempas, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

This study aims to determine the feasibility of small to medium scale brown sugar industry in Harapan Tani Village, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population and sample in this research is the brown sugar small to medium scale in Harapan Tani village which is 10 business. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Technique of data collecting through obsevation method, interview and questioner. Analysis method use quantitative analysis is done to analyze financial aspect like Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), and Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that small to medium scale brown sugar industry in Harapan Tani Village, Kempas Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency is feasible to be developed. This can be seen from the results of financial analysis showing the value of NPV 19.132.920,1 > 0, B / C Ratio 1.04 > 1, IRR value 32.98%> 12%, and Payback Period (PP) 2 years 8 months 5 days. Then it can be concluded that small to medium scale brown sugar industry is feasible to be developed financially in research area.
