Komposisi Tanaman Pada Ramuan “Obat Pahit” Suku Melayu Lingga Asal Kepulauan Riau Dan Skrining Fitokimianya
Obat Pahit potion is a typical-native herbal ingredients arose from Malay Etnicity, Riau Archipelago. It is believed to have efficacy as a stamina keeper and youthful agent by Lingga Malay society. This research was aimed to determine the composition of plants and the contents of secondary metabolites contained on Lingga Obat Pahit potion. This study was conducted in October 2016 to February 2017. Data were collected using interview and questionnaire methods on five TMPs (Traditional Medicine Practitioner), then identification and assessment of secondary metabolites have been done as well as the analysis of data. The result showed every TMP using different plants of each potions : TMP 1 (Kalan) using 9 species of plants, TMP2 (SP4) using 25 species of plants, TMP3 (Linau) using 18 species of plants, TMP4 (Resun) using 11 species of plants, and TMP5 (Musai) using 41 species of plants. The most traditional plant used at 5 TMPs of Obat Pahit potion is Bauhinia semibifida. The phytochemical contents which are obtained of Obat Pahit potion are 28 species of plants containing alkaloid; 48 species of plants containing flavonoid; 5 species of plants containing steroid; 39 species of plants containing terpenoid; 49 species of plants saponin; and 54 species of plants containing tannin.
