Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Registrasi Pasien Rumah Sakit Universitas Riau Dengan Metode Pieces Framework

ABSTRACT
Implementation of information systems is a way to support the patient service process. Human Resources have an important role in the success of a system, in addition, also supported by adequate facilities and infrastructure. Riau University Hospital is currently applying information system in patient service process including patient registration service, but there are still constraints on the system. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the patient registration system of Riau University Hospital. This research uses PIECES method (review from Performance, Information, Economic, Control and Security, Efficiency, Service). The subjects of the study were 7 (seven) patient registration system officers. Based on the result of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) in PIECES construct, it is known that performance aspect 3,08 and 3,51, information aspect 2,98 and 3,59, economic aspect 3,19 and 3,42, control aspect 3,00 and 3,50, efficiency aspects 3,14 and 3,76, aspects of sevice 3,02 and 3,43. Furthermore for the overall calculation results obtained user satisfaction index of 76,99%.
