Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karimun

This study aims to determine the influence of work motivation, discipline and organizational culture partially and simultaneously to the performance of ASN Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Karimun. The research method used is descriptive method of multiple linear regression analysis, with total population of 51 people all made as respondent (census), then used instrumental test test, validity test and reliability test. In operation, this research used SPSS 23 and Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that simultaneous regression test (F test) showed that the motivation of work, discipline and organizational culture have a significant effect on ASN performance. Partial regression test (T test) shows that each variables of work motivation, discipline and organizational culture have a significant effect on ASN performance. The result of determination coefficient test (R2) is 70% while the rest of 30% is influenced by other variables which was not included in this study.
