Pengaruh Kompetensi, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Paramedis Pada Rsud Teluk Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

This research conducted in RSUD Teluk Kuantan Kuantan Singingi Regency with aims to find out and analize the influence of competence, organization commitment and motivation on performance of Paramedic at RSUD Teluk Kuantan Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this research is all Paramedic at RSUD Teluk Kuantan, totaling 120 people, with slovin formula by 55 people of paramedic taken as sampel. The sampling technique is a method that has been selected sampling random simple.. Primary data was by questionnaire as an instrument to get the information of research, to test hypothesis in research is using regresi doubled linear analysis with SPSS. (Statistical Program For Social Sciences). The result showed that 1) There is positive and significant effect of competence on the performance of the paramedic at RSUD Teluk Kuantan 2) There is positive and significant effect of organization commitment on the performance of the paramedics at RSUD Teluk Kuantan 3) There is positive and significant effect of motivation on the performance of the paramedic at RSUD Teluk Kuantan 4) There is positive and significant effect of competence, organization commitment, motivation on the performance of the paramedic at RSUD Teluk Kuantan. Biggest variable its influence is Competence and smallest is Organization Commitment Keyword: Competence, Organization Commitment, Motivation, Performance.
