Pengaruh Motivasi, Penempatan Kerja Dan Kemampuan Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Anggota Polda Riau
Human resources is an important thing in the effort to improve services to the public, especially for Police Institution, Currently Police assessed by observers still need improvement especially in service to society. Some policies and regulations have been issued by the Polri leadership to support the improvement of service and performance of Police personnel but not yet optimal to be able to meet the level of community satisfaction on the performance of Polri so it needs to be pursued continuously and continuously in facing the demands of society. This is in line with Mr. Kapolri's priority program which focuses on maximal and modern service changes. This study aims to determine the Influence of Motivation, Job Placement and Job Ability to Job Performance of Riau Police Officers.

The research design used was explanatory research. The research population of Riau Police personnel is 2,936 people. Samples were taken using census technique with sample used as many as 340 people. Data collection of variables using questionnaires with Likert scale
Hypothesis test results conclude: a. Significant Motivation to Work Achievement; b. Work Placement has significant effect on Work Achievement; c. Work Ability has a significant effect on Work Achievement; d. Motivation has a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction; e. Work Placement has a significant effect on Job Performance through Work Ability.
Based on the results of research suggested from the practical aspects to the agency as an input to the improvement of performance and from academic aspects so that this study can be better and the improvement in the future.
