Existing irrigation can experience a decrease in ability and performance. This is due to lack of maintenance and monitoring for the beginning so it works out of its capacity limit, the low performance of operations and maintenances, deficiency and deteriorating services. Therefore, it is necessary for evaluating Performance Facilitites And Infrastructure Of Swamp Irrigation Area Reteh 1 (Rumbai Jaya) Indragiri Hilir District in accordance with the circular of the Minister Public Work number 02/SE/M/2011. Based on the research that has been done, it can be obtained that the overall gutter condition index is 2.68, the gutter function is 33% and the recommended action is rehabilitation; the overall water building condition index is 0.86, the water building function is 78.50% and the recommended action is the periodic maintenance; the channel condition and water building index is 2.23, the gutter and building function of water is 44% and the recommended action is maintenance; the condition of the protective embankment is good and the recommendation of action is maintenance; the performance of the swamp reclamation network is poor and the action to be taken is rehabilitation to restore the functions and services as planned.
