Profil Autopsi Kasus Kematian Mendadak Akibat Penyakit Di Provinsi Riau Pada Tahun 2012-2017
Sudden death was defined by World Health Organization (WHO) as one which has taken place within 24 hours from the onset of symptoms of and sign, sudden deaths occur most caused by cardiac disease. Sudden death that caused by disease are often bring suspicion thus they need to be proven by doing the medicolegal autopsy cause of sudden unexpected death. The Research methods was a descriptive using secondary data examination report in Department Forensic and Medicolegal Bhayangkara Police Hospital Perkanbaru Riau since 2012-2017. The sample collection’s techniques used total sampling and analyze by descriptive statistics. The total of sudden death based on gender are 7 cases of males (87,5%) and 1 case of female (12,5%), 4 cases on heart disease, 2 cases on brain tumour and 1 case on epilepsy. Tumour and epilepsy were the result of a research had been done using histopatology test. From 7 cases obtained in this study. The distribution wounds of non-death consists of abrasions and bruises. The most demands for medicolegal report was from police sector Kampar. Keywords : Autopsy, cardiovascular system, sudden death
