This study aims to determine the financial management of the village in the village of Buruk Bakul and Bukit Batu Village Bukit Batu District according to Affairs Regulation No. 113 Year 2014 concerning Guidelines for Village Financial Management which includes planning, implementation, administration, reporting, accountability processes.
This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the types of primary and secondary data using data collection techniques namely observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis by collecting, reducing, and presenting data until a conclusion can be drawn. Data validity checked using the triangulation method.
The result of the research is that the management of village finance in Buruk Bakul village and Bukit Batu village according to Affairs Regulation No. 113 Year 2014. At the planning stage in the village of Buruk Bakul has been available documents RPJMDesa and RKPDesa, and Bukit Batu village not yet available and there is a delay in determining Perdes. At the implementation stage in Buruk Bakul village some activities that do not have Budget Plan (RAB), there was mistake in doing process of Payment Request Letter (SPP). For the village of Bukit Batu has been running optimally. Village of Buruk Bakul and Bukit Batu receipt of grant funds from third parties which are not stipulated by Perdes. The administrative phase in the village of Buruk Bakul and Bukit Batu is recorded by the treasurer only by using a book of cash auxiliaries. At the reporting stage in the villages of Buruk Bakul and Bukit Batu, there was a delay in reporting the realization of APBDesa implementation. At the stage of accountability in the villages of Buruk Bakul and Bukit Batu, the Accountability Report (LPJ) is not informed to the public through the media.
