Pengaruh Kompetensi, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Penempatan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Pan Baruna Pekanbaru
The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence, work experience, and placement toward performance of employee in PT.Pan Baruna Pekanbaru. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires and it is implemented to PT. Pan Baruna’s 49 employee analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 23. Data test technique is used within the research include validity and reliability test with cronbach. Classic assumption test and double linear regression analisys, to verify and to prove the research hypothesis Analisys result demonstrate that competence have a positive influence toward performance. Work experience have a positive influence toward performance. Placement have a positive influence toward performance. And competence, work experience, and placement simultaneously have a positive influence toward performance. Keywords: competence, work experience, placement and performance
