Analisis Tingkat Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah Di Kabupaten Bengkalis

This study aims to find out how the level of regional financial independence in Bengkalis Regency in 2002-2017 and whether there are significant differences between regional financial independence at the beginning of autonomy in 2002-2009 and regional financial independence in the current autonomy in 2010-2017. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of time series with the period 2002-2017. The data was obtained from the Bengkalis Regency Regional Revenue Agency, the Central Statistics Agency, the Site of the Directorate General of Financial Balance of the Ministry of Finance. The level of regional financial independence is measured by calculating the regional financial independence ratio and testing the hypothesis in this study carried out by means of analysis, namely independent sample T test using a significant level of 0.025%. The results of the regional financial independence ratio show that the regional financial independence in Bengkalis Regency has an instructive pattern and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is no significant difference between regional financial independence at the beginning of autonomy and regional financial independence in the current autonomy.
