Implementasi Manajemen Kualitas Terhadap Kinerja Operasional Perusahaan Di Moderasi Oleh Budaya Organisasi Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Lean Sigma (Studi Pada Pt Chevron Pacific Indonesia)
This study aims to determine the effect of Quality Management Implementation on Corporate Operational Performance in Moderation by Organizational Culture in terms of Lean Sigma perspective study at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia in Duri operating area. The population of this study is employees who have received Lean Sigma training. Selection of sample used with Slovin formula so that got sample that is 100 employees PT CPI as sample. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) approach showed that 1). Leaders Commitment to Operational Performance has a significant effect on the performance of the Company's Operations. This means that every effort to increase leadership involvement will increase the company's operational performance. 2). Lean Sigma's competitiveness significantly influences the Company's operational performance. This means that every effort to increase Lean Sigma Competence of employees will improve the ability of project completion with good results that will improve the company's operational performance. 3). Train and Training have a significant effect on Company Operational performance. This means that every effort to increase the training and training provided to employees will improve the company's operational performance. 4). The selection and priority of the project has no significant effect on the company's operational performance.. This means that every effort to improve the selection and priority of the project will not improve the company's operational performance, 5) the rewards and appreciation significantly affect the performance of the Company's Operations. This means that any improvement in rewards and rewards will improve the company's operational performance. 6). Organizational culture is able to strengthen and influence the commitment and involvement of the leadership in improving the company's operational performance.7) Organizational culture variables are less able to influence the competence of Lean Sigma in improving the company's operational performance. 8) Organizational culture variables are less able to influence the provision of training and training in an effort to improve the company's operational performance. 9) Organizational culture variables are less able to influence the project selection and priority in an effort to improve the company's operational performance. 10). Organizational culture variables are less able to influence the awarding and reward in an effort to improve the company's operational performance
