Penerapan Disiplin Terhadap Pencapaian Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Anambas
Discipline is the awareness and willingness of a person to comply with all corporate rules and prevailing social norms. The emergence of a perceived low and slow performance phenomenon, this study assumes that it is due to lack of commitment and consistency of bureaucrats to the values of work ethics that grow and develop in the bureaucracy. The purpose of this study is to see the effect of implementation of work discipline on achievement of employee performance of National Electricity Company Rayon Anambas.
Population in this research is all employees of National Electricity Company Rayon Anambas which amounted to 50 people. Sampling using a full enumeration technique that makes the population as a sample.Data analysis using simple linear regression using SPSS version 21 program.
Research get result that applying work discipline of National Electricity Company Rayon Anambas is good enough but can not be said good. Then from the results of the study note that the performance of employees of National Electricity Company Rayon Anambas also still not satisfactory. Then the application of work discipline can improve the achievement of National Electricity Company Rayon Anambas significantly. Percentage of influence of work discipline can improve the achievement of National Electricity Company Rayon Anambas is 70.4%.
