This study aims to determine the effect of housing location, housing facilities and income on housing demand in Kampar District. In this study the number of research population was all existing housing owners in Kampar Regency and for the sample the authors had 100 samples The analytical method used was quantitative descriptive. Measurement. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Tests are carried out on hypotheses and data feasibility (classic assumptions) using a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of the study obtained results that housing location does not have a significant effect on housing demand decisions. This is also explained by the significant value obtained where significant value is 0.163 greater than 0.05. Sedangka Housing facilities have a significant effect on housing demand decisions. This is also explained by the significant value obtained where the significant value of 0.004 is smaller than 0.05. And income has a significant effect on housing demand decisions. This is also explained by the significant value obtained where a significant value of 0,000 is less than 0.05 . Keywords: housing location, housing facilities and income on housing demand
